2. Processing Times​

• All custom wig orders and services require 10 to 15 working days for processing.

• Processing times begin once payment has been received, and all required materials (e.g., wigs) and details (e.g., measurements and style preferences) are provided.

• Any delays in providing required information or materials may result in extended processing times.

​

3. Specialist Wig Care and Styling Services

• BetaHair offers wig care and styling services for clean wigs only. Clients must ensure that their wigs are freshly washed and free of build-up before submission.

• We reserve the right to decline services for wigs that do not meet our cleanliness standards.

​

4. Wig Laundry (Superb Revamp) Service

• Our popular Superb Revamp service is a tailored solution designed to meet the specific needs of each wig. This includes a deep treatment and restyling as per the client’s preferences.

• The condition of the wig, hair type, and desired outcome will determine the specific care and treatment provided.

​

• Clients will be required to provide details of their styling preferences at the time of booking.

5. Collection and Delivery

• For your convenience, collection and delivery services for our revamp and other wig care services are available.

​

• All collections are facilitated by Royal Mail to ensure a hassle-free experience.

​

• BetaHair is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service once the package is in transit.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

​

• Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

​

• In the rare instance of an issue with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, clear style preferences, and all necessary materials to ensure the success of their order.

• BetaHair will not be liable for dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Service Limitations

• BetaHair reserves the right to decline any service requests that do not align with our standards or policies.

• Wigs submitted for care or revamp must be free of severe damage, excessive shedding, or other issues that compromise the quality of service.
