At BetaHair, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Below are our shipping, delivery, cancellations, and returns policies to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Ready to Ship

• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

 

Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

 

Delivery Times

• UK:

• Delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

• Fulfilled by Royal Mail:

Tracked Service: £5

Guaranteed Service (safest option): £10

International:

Europe: Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of the World: Delivery within 3-7 working days after dispatch.

 

Tracking Information

 

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may be impacted during holiday periods.

 

2. Cancellations & Amendments

• To ensure fast processing, orders cannot be cancelled or edited after placement.

 

3. Quality Assurance

 

At Betahair, we maintain strict quality control to ensure customer satisfaction:

• Products are sourced from ethical suppliers and inspected before shipping.

• We pride ourselves on providing premium human hair and lace systems for custom wig production.

 

4. Returns & Refund Policy

 

Custom Wigs

• Custom wigs are bespoke units made according to your specifications and cannot be refunded.

 

Services

• Refunds are not offered for services rendered.

 

Defective Products

 

In the rare event of a defective product:

1. Contact betahair100@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, providing details and the reason for return.

2. We will provide a return address.

3. Return the product within 5 working days using a tracked service.

• Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refund & Exchange Conditions

 

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned in its original condition.

• Requests are made within 8 working days of receipt.

• Ineligible Items:

• Lace wigs or frontals that have been worn, styled, cut (including lace or hair), or had products applied (e.g., glue, hair products).

• Products altered or damaged by the recipient, such as heat damage, colouring, bleaching, or rips/tears in the lace.

 

6. Important Notes

• Use a tracked service with delivery confirmation for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• If any conditions are unmet, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.
