Closure or frontal wigs: Which is the best option for you? 

 

Closure wigs are perfect for everyday wear, offering a sleek and natural look. Frontals, on the other hand, are ideal for special occasions, providing a more versatile, dramatic style. We use durable HD lace for all our wigs, ensuring both comfort and longevity. Larger size closures, such as 5*5 and 6*6, can be used to create a similar effect to a frontal, while still offering flexibility. If you love changing up your parting style, closures like 5*5 and 6*6 are great options. For a more classic look, 2*6 or 4*4 closures are perfect. All our wigs are available with a 13*4 frontal or a 5*5 closure to allow for parting versatility. How do you care for your hair to keep it looking its best?

Caring for your hair involves how it is used, stored and cleaned. 

USAGE

​

•    It is advised to own more than one wig as this prevents quick wear and tear on just the one, and promotes longevity for all your wigs. 

• After each wear, always brush from hair tips upward, then back and front of wig. Deep curly or deep wavy hairs should not be brushed often. When brushing, it should be damp and well moisturised.

STORAGE

• BetaHair wigs come in a protective hanger storage bag with air space which allows for longer style preservation and space management as wigs can be hung in wardrobes.

• If you have mannequin head(s), then place the wigs on them.

CLEANING

• Cleaning method and products vary depending on hair colour.

•    For dark coloured hairs, brush and co-wash first (warm water and conditioner) as this will help lock the colour before washing with shampoo by gently running fingers through it. 

•    Rinse, condition again, then rinse off and air dry. Gently moisturise and style when dry. 

•    We recommend tressemme and L’Oréal products. 

•    For blondes and greys, repeat same process as above but using purple shampoo and conditioner as this helps take off brassiness.
